CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely. If you think that your current subscription level does not suit your needs, then you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription, simply call us any time to find out an alternative plan.

I CAN’T PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP.

If a list of bills is resisting you from paying your monthly subscription fee on time, please call and speak with our representative. We don’t want to miss the opportunity to work with you, to find a subscription level bestsuitable to your pocket, perhaps through downgrading or pausing your membership. Before you cancel it completely, make sure you contact us and get all of your available options.

I AM CHANGING MY CREDIT CARD

Well that’s great you’re getting a new credit card. But for that you don’t have to cancel the membership. You can simply call us we will pause it and detach your current credit card and attach the new one.

Will I be charged a cancellation fee?

Basic and BasicPlus don’t have any cancellation fee. Expert and Pro have a cancellation fee of 99.99$ and 139.99$ respectively, but only during the first year of membership.Instead of cancellation we also offer the facility to pause your monthly subscription or downgrade it to avoid the cancellation fee.

What to do to cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership simply call on 8663460297 and a support representative will guide you through the cancellation process. We are closed on Sundays. Though we are there for you for more than 14 hours in a day but still miss to pick your call simply leave us a message or send us an e-mail at care@247technicalsupport.com with your name, number and reason for cancellation and we will revert you as soon as possible. You can also mention the best suitable time (morning, evening or afternoon) to contact you.

Who can cancel the Technology Solution membership?

Not anyone from the family can call us and proceed further to cancel the membership. Only the authorised person whose name is registered as the primary person in case of the family membership plan can cancel the membership.We will be requiring express consent from the registered member, which can be provide verbally over the phone or by an authorised e-mail confirmation from the registered e-mail address. This is necessary in order to protect the legal rights of the member and of the company.

Refunds Policy

In case you are not satisfied with the service and we have not been able to resolve an issue on your PC then you are entitled to a full refund no questions asked. You can call us for refund with in 15 day from the date of payment. We will not entertain or except any request for refund if you call after 15 days but we will surely look forward in providing you the best services from us by solving number's of your problem again and again. In case we have fixed your computer and after a fortnight or month you get the same problem then you are not eligible to get a refunded however, our technician will fix that same issue for free. In case, we have fixed your computer but you still want a refund then we would deduct a minimum of $50 or 50% of the total charged amount, whichever is higher depending upon the number of cases resolved by us, and refund back the rest amount.

Subscription based plan: you can ask for full refund if none of the issues are fixed within 7 working days after registration.

If one or more issues are fixed and customer still wants refund of his/her amount before time period mentioned in the agreement then partial refund will be done, after subtracting the service charge on fixed issues. You can move from a one- time fix plan to a subscription based plan, and we would be able to accommodate your amount for any such move at the terms and conditions suggested to you by your account manager at that time.

If Technology Solution resolves one or more issues, the charges for the registration fee and subscription will not be refundable in that case. Technology Solution may, at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription charges after deducting fees for servicing the Customer.
